The burger came in a nasty wrapper with food all over it. Fries cold and like no salt. Sweet tea was not sweet. I also ordered ketchup and honey but got none.

every time i’ve come to this location they’ve gotten my order wrong. today i ordered a double cheeseburger with extra onion and extra pickle , i got a single pickle and absolutely no onion on my burger, not to mention that instead of a double cheese i got a mcdouble. my fries were beyond cold and soggy even though i had been waiting for 15ish minutes. it is not difficult to follow the requests on the ticket for your sandwiches and give fresh food if you make your customers wait long periods of time for a couple items. absolutely disgusting customer service and environment. ANY other mcdonald’s

Every time we order deliver, they forget something or get the order wrong. They always forget the dipping sauces, and straws. They always forget to put extra onions on my burgers and will consistently put extra pickles on my burgers when I ask for no pickles. Honestly, if you are not physically inside the store, I don't think they care if they get your order right. I have not once gotten an order from them from delivery that hasn't had some issue with it. I try to avoid getting an order from this location if I can.

I ordered a Big Mac meal online like I do a lot. I of course spent an extra $13 to get the darn thing delivered. It gets here nice and early and everything looks good until I look at the sandwich. I am missing a slice of cheese and I paid 50 cents extra for extra mac sauce, but I swear I didn't get the extra squirt. They have finally lost my business for good.
