excellent! i had mixed sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers, pepper spread (which came highly recommended by staff), oil, and vinegar. My son had the meatball mini. they ran out of meatballs so a larger sub. could not be ordered. Sun reports that the meatball sub was very good as well. be warned: extra large subs are about 3 ft long. This is the best cold cut sub I ever had the menu is perfect not big just focusing on doing what they are good at making subs. Plus the size of the subs a med size sub expecting it to be a 6 inch no it was like a 12 inch. I was like now imagine how big a large is best place around to eat for lunch

the ideal sandwich shop. grew up in Utica but live a couple time zones away in a place where they wouldn't know a good sandwich if it hit em in the face. to anyone living nearby that takes this place for granted - stop. I'd do just about anything to have one of these in my city. awesome staff and amazing food. if a sandwich could be framed and hung in the Louvre I'd submit one of these.
