Cuba Café is truly a little gem in a town with limited breakfast options. I was looking for something outside of the usual traditional American breakfast, and this spot delivered exactly that. While they do offer some familiar breakfast staples, everything is infused with a flavorful Cuban twist that makes the experience stand out. The flavors are bold, hearty, and comforting, and the staff is always warm and friendly. The café itself is small and cozy, which adds to its charm, and both the food and atmosphere make it a place worth coming back to. It’s become one of my favorite local spots.

I came with a friend who I hadn't seen in a while and we both really enjoyed every part of our meal. I'm spacing on the name of my dish, but it was one of the traditional Cuban plates and it was absolutely fantastic. They also had exceptional coffee. We were thankful for the great staff who provided wonder service and let us hang out and catch up.

Soooooo good, a perfect lunch stop between Tahoe and the bay area. They serve both cuban staples (chicken, rice, beans; plátanos maduros; ropa vieja) and American brunch foods (eggs; waffles; pancakes). Their chicken plate was so flavorful that I downed it in ten seconds flat. Their plátanos maduros were perfect, nice and ripe. A+++ will tell all my friends. It's a little hole in the wall spot but has the BEST food and ample+clean seating.

I had the chilaquiles verdes o rojos and the cortadito. The chilaquiles were delicious and fresh. The coffee was good but a little too sugary for my liking. I would definitely recommend this place 👌🏾.
