I had the chilaquiles — crispy tortillas, two sunny-side eggs with deep orange yolks, pickled red onions, cotija, crema, all blanketed in a dark, smoky mole with a peanut-sesame crumble on top. I think her name was chelsea, but it's my fault I forgot because I waited a few days to submit the review. Great server, I could tell all of them were. Morning cocktails they have are well-crafted, but that's just the beginning. This may sound like a commercial but they are top-tier on the breakfast links. All the ingredients worked out quite nice, in fact. It's the best breakfast in downtown V-town. Highly recommend!
