Making spirits high! The manager at this location Dave knows how to make a customer happy. Our families were standing at the window watching donuts parade, he saw us, gave us a genuine smile, then told his team member to give each of us a hot donut, just like how I experienced twenty five years ago. What a pleasant and surprising treat during the holiday. Thank you, Dave, for making our holiday spirits high, especially for our young kids. (He was in the photo working.)

We had found something that wasn't supposed to be there inside one of our donuts. We brought the box back to Krispy Kreme and talked to the manager Serenity. She was very accommodating, kind and showed concern for our little one who was the one eating the donut. (He is just fine thankfully). She replaced the box and when our other son was interested in another donut she threw that in too even when we were willing to purchase it. This is why we love love love Krispy Kreme, and always come back. Thank you for caring about your customers.
