I love WHAT-A-BURGER. Just not really crazy about this one. I gotten crispy biscuits, cold fries... I do not feel that the staff is friendly. You can stand at the counter or sit at the window for several minutes before you're acknowledged.

The manager is unprofessional. My experience terrible. I will not return to this location. After waiting in drive through 10 min the attendant could not tell me what the special was for hamburger appreciation day. I was then told I had to order the special from the app. I had to get out of line , park my car , download the app and go in the store. The manager was unprofessional and then lied to me telling me she was going to get a corporate number for me to call. She never came back and left me standing there for several more minutes while my food got cold. I was lied to twice. I did not have

My husband ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and the chicken was burnt and completely cold. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and was reheated before being served. My sandwich was just as disappointing—the buns were burnt, and instead of the potato buns that are supposed to come with it, they used regular buns. To top it all off, they didn’t even include the spicy ketchup with our order. It may seem like a small thing, but after receiving food that was already poorly prepared, it just added to the frustration. This was a horrible experience at the Navarro location.

Darrel, an older man, was working the counter and just had an amazing attitude. If he wasn’t helping people he was cleaning.. could have been my imagination but he seemed to have an effect on everyone else that even worked there. The experience was pleasant and I would have highly tipped if it was allowed. Don’t lose that guy!
