dbarber★Desperately wanting to patronize a family owned local business. I was meeting a friend for coffee. She suggested Dunkin’ and I said let’s meet at Perks Coffee. We did. Service staff, having issues with their own menu, when my friend tried to order. Then I ordered my go to, easy drink. Same ticket. Friend’s drink came out right away. I waited 15 minutes for mine. No worries, because we had plenty to catch up on. Once the drink arrived, underwhelmed. It was diluted, no flavor. Not wanting to leave and never return , I decided to bring my issue to their attention. Give them an opportunity

I order my Americano the same every time and it can cost anywhere from $4-$7 depending on who rings it up. Sometimes it comes in a small cup (maybe 12oz) and other times it’s in a larger cup (maybe 16oz). Depending on who makes it - it can taste great or mediocre.
