This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever experienced. I sat at the drive-through speaker for 40 minutes while being told to hold on one second never got to order or receive my food sat there from 12:35 Am until 1:15am and never to place my order there was barely any one in the lobby and a lot of coworkers standing around I the drive through area mind you this restaurant closes at @4am

The quality of the burgers are consistent in my experience. Big fan of the Frisco Melt, the Western BBQ n' Bacon, and the classic Double Steak Burger. Their chocolate shake is one of my favorites, up there with Shake Shack. My only critique is they seem to be short staffed quite often which means their drive thru is shut down on occasion and when it is open the line can move slowly. Otherwise the food is good and service is friendly.

i went to this location at 145 am. ordered a garlic steak burger (for a friend), a western bbq burger with NO CHEESE (for me) regular onions instead of fried. when i asked the girl, alana, questions about the milkshake sizes (because i was trying to see how small they came) some guy cut in, gets on the speaker & goes "the kids size is really small" very rudely & clearly annoyed. i pull around to the window & CAN HEAR HIM COMPLAINING & SHIT TALKING ME BECAUSE I WAS ASKING QUESTIONS ("why she asking how small, im like bruh what", etc). not only that but i know he was the one who made my burger &
