I have tried this restaurant many times, and the taste and consistency have been absolutely awesome. I really like their roomali roti, chicken methi, mango chicken, and achari chicken. The spice level is perfect — well-balanced and flavorful without being too overpowering. You can tell the cooking is well planned. Their biryani is superb, and the naan is always soft and fresh. I used to like their chole bhatura too, but I don’t prefer it as much now. Overall, this is definitely one of the best restaurants around Raleigh and Wake Forest.
