foos was fine, one of the two small fries was forgotten. no big deal, because they were busy. so my sister went to ask, i went up with her and i went to ask and attempted to ask a blonde girl scheduled on 7/4 at approximately 5:10pm who was not occupied and she ignored me several times. yet two older white men came in and she ran right passed up to help them still ignoring us. definitely felt ignorant based on my ethnicity. terrible service. a manager did get the fry but that wasn’t the point, it’s the ignorance.

I wanted to take the time to share my feedback on the location in Wakefield. I’ve been training customer service for more than 25 years at the corporate level for many organizations. The team there are always pleasant and positive, to the point where I avoid going to drive-through and enjoy walking into the main lobby just to say hello. The fast food industry can be rather challenging, but the team here should be recognized for their customer service skills,the way they treat their elderly customers. If you want your order to be taken by a human being then go to McDonald's next door. I do NOT want to have my order taken by an AI chat bot. It also trys to upsell you and good luck with a more complicated request like a food allergy. The people inside are great people and the service besides the AI was good but I cannot give a good rating due to this dystopian experience.

I placed a grub hub order at 11pm, an hour before they closed, and it was never prepared. My order was running extremely late so I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, and no one answered the phone. Grub hub also attempted to call the restaurant and got no response. My order had to be canceled by 11:50, once again before they closed. I've worked in food service for years, and until you close, you serve customers. Extremely upsetting that this restaurant doesn't feel that way.
