The coffee was just okay, nothing special. But what was truly terrible was the dish I ordered. It’s called the “Bigfoot Chicken Fried Steak with Eggs,” and it was awful. It comes with a thick white gravy that tastes really bad. The “chicken” isn’t even a whole breaded piece — it’s some kind of dark-colored ground patty that doesn’t taste like chicken at all. Honestly, chicken nuggets taste better. The diced potatoes with vegetables were fine, and the over-medium eggs looked almost raw. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at this Black Bear Diner location. I’ve been to other ones — for

I've been a loyal customer at Black Bear Dining for years, and every visit feels like coming home. The service is consistently outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional—whether it’s Mario Marin or any of the other wonderful servers. The food is always delicious, and the prices are just right. I especially recommend the tri-tip dip sandwich, the chicken pot pie, and the Bigfoot chicken fried steak and eggs. On top of that, their pancakes are amazing, and their biscuits are to die for. Every time we visit, we feel like family. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you can’t go wrong.

We came for breakfast Saturday morning. The crew showcased great team work and outstanding customer service. Jose was our waiter and checked in on us often. 3 other members came to check on us and tended to our asks and plates. I ordered the bacon Benedict and it was tasty. The orange juice was deliciously fresh.

Superb experience. This location lives up to great standards to be expected from a Black Bear Diner. I don't usually eat pancakes but I was really hungover and got a grizz and those are the best pancakes I've ever had. The cook was mindful about when to add the onions and bell pepper for the country potatoes. Those were perfectly cooked. Everything was top notch and I was happy and feeling better immediately
