My biggest complaint is the food quality. The chicken is often wilted and the vegitables used are not fresh. I remember years ago when the quality of food was a whole lot better. The chicken was juicier and crispier. They were not wilted into basically nothing. The vegetables used, used to be crispier and fresh. I would rather wait for quality than to have food rushed soo quickly that it ruins the taste of what I am wanting to purchase. The food is far too expensive for what the food actually is.

The restaurant was slammed with drive though customers and only 2 people working. Took over a hour to get my order. This location is crazy understaffed and they were out of many items. I had to piece meal my order. I will say this. The staff was really kind and forthcoming with help. Good staff just needs more of them.

The Walla Walla KFC has gone way down hill. The workers are more interested in looking at their cell phones than working. The over priced dinner box ordered came with chicken that was obviously cooked a long time before. Completely dry like leather. I will do no more business with this restaurant.

Biscuits were not even cooked all the way through. Still dough in the middle. Food was dumped carelessly in the bag, food and fries were cold and unappealing. This restaurant used to be good. Not any more. Hire people that care about their jobs..
