This is happening with me the second time and forced to give lower rating due to this mistake. Please read carefully should be one of the SOPs. It is such a turn off to discover this once I am at home.

I rarely get fast food. I’m on a road trip and needed a quick breakfast. We got 2 Grande Toasted Breakfast Burritos. One with bacon and one with potatoes. They were quality, considering the vendor. I have experienced less than quality burritos at other Taco Bell locations. My experience at this Taco Bell is exactly what one should expect when visiting such an establishment.
