I very seldom leave reviews but this was necessary. I am from Valdosta and have been getting Smallcakes for over a decade since they first opened there. I have never had any issues and have always loved them. I recently received a cake pop from this store (WR) for my 2 year old and it was almost completely icing. There was barely any actual cake inside except for the very last piece(3rd pic) The other parts where there was suppose to be cake was as thin as the depth shown in the first picture. I did stick my finger in it just to determine how deep the cake actually was. My main issue was not

I had my son's photo cake done here for his birthday, and although it took several drafts they were able to make the perfect cake. It tasted amazing the red velvet was moist and delicious, but that cream cheese icing was so good. You could probably eat a tub of that by itself. Everyone was extremely helpful once we were able to get the details together with everyones busy schedules. They made it happen, and were extremely accommodating especially with us coming in from out of town.

I forgot to make a review abt an order a year ago so here it is! The lady was so kind and understanding while I was ordering my cake and cupcakes for my birthday! She did exactly what I wanted❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹The picture, colors, decor was spot on!!! Service was amazing, atmosphere was cute!I liked how she had examples of cake and cupcake designs! My only problem with the food is the flavor, while she did give me the exact flavors I wanted, everything on the menu taste really similar. But overall, amazing!!!❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹‼️‼️‼️‼️

The Cookies & Cream cupcake was absolutely perfect! It was rich, full of chocolate, and so moist! I loved the decor, the amazing customer service, and just the overall vibe of this place. It was my first visit, and the cashier was so kind, taking the time to show me all the options and recommend the Cookies & Cream flavor. I’m so glad I tried it! I’ll definitely be back!
