I got a Dr Pepper twisted soda and a lettuce wrapped junior chicken sandwich. This is the sorriest excuse for a lettuce wrap chicken sandwich I’ve ever seen in my life. I was told that they don’t put mayonnaise on them when they’re lettuce wrapped, so I had to ask for mayo and more lettuce. 🙄

I would have loved to give a rating on the food only if this location would allow me to pay for my order. I was delighted to hear the full menu was available when I stopped to order breakfast. Cashier told me no credit cards, cash only and my cash had to be exact change if I wanted to order food. Why even be open then? Would of absolutely loved to spend my money here.

Second time ordering a chicken sandwich from this Jack in the box where the chicken comes out to be rubber raw. First time I threw it out and let it go because I get it things happen but this is the second time this happens. Please stop serving raw chicken you guys already take a long time giving the orders. At least cook it right so no one gets sick. Took a big bite right into raw chicken ridiculous.

Was just horrible I bought 3 curly fries all my fries were faked with curly fries on top and reg fries on bottom my Sandwhich bread was not even toasted. My snack wrap not even made correctly.
