Michelle★★★★★My experience at Butcher and Singer was beyond expectations! The restaurant was beautiful and service could not have been better. Beef tartar was refreshing, and the recommended stuffed hash browns were perfectly buttery and crisp. The steaks were cooked and seasoned well, while the true star of the evening was the Lemon ice box cake! This was a very memorable meal I’ll never forget, the hype is truly justified.
Dee★★★★Food: Delicious. We ordered several variations of steak and seafood and appetizers with large shareable style sides. The food did take quite some time to prepare but it was hot and everything seasoned well. The biscuits were a stand out, flaky buttery, perfect. I ordered salmon with the scallops. The scallops were a $22 add-on, volume wasn't worth the price but overall good food. Service: A reservation was made approx a week prior for a group of 8. Our reservation was for 6:30, we arrived at 6:15 and were seated around 7:20. The lobby was busy and there was no seating at the bar or the gener
Julie Nguyen★★★★★My boyfriend and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful ambiance and the intimate atmosphere. The service was outstanding. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, and every recommendation he made was spot on. The stuffed hash browns and steak were absolutely delicious. We’re so glad we chose this place and will definitely be returning!
Stephen Thompson★★★★★Been to steakhouses all over the country and nobody hits opulence and elegance like B&S. Dark lighting, jazz music, and ridiculously tall ceiling gives roaring 20s vibes. The crab cake was virtually all lump crab meat. Delicious. We had the filet and scallops and the delmonico. Steaks were cooked perfectly and worth every penny. The au poivre sauce on the side was decadent. The biscuits to start are special and the turtle cheesecake we got Togo gave the hotel an extra star. 10/10 experience
