This was my first time at Pancheros. It was not a great experience to say the least. The restaurant was relatively clean. However, one of the big problems was with the service. The workers messed around in the middle of making our food and did not make eye contact at all. When they finally did talk to the customers they mumbled and didn't listen well, leaving myself and others having to repeat things often. Finally started getting pancheros again regularly after refusing to give them business for several years because of how bad it had gotten, but the past year or so I had fairly good experiences and the food tasted good again.
