It’s way better than others yet they do get your order wrong quite a bit so please check your pizza’s before leaving. The Cinnabons are delicious & priced well. The food is always hot & if you call to tell them an order mistake, the employees are kind enough to give you a credit, have you pick up another or deliver. I would recommend.

Ordered food got extra sauce and paid for them and they did not put it in to box. Didn’t realize till I was 40 minutes later when I brought the food to my girlfriend at work. And there was no pizza sauce on the pizza. And no sauce on the boneless wings. Complete waste of 37 dollars. Ig make sure you check your orders

If I'm rating in compare to the locations in Waterloo, this one is definitely the best fast food chain pizza. As in they've always given my food fresh/hot and never messed up my order once. The worst that has happened was my pizza swam in grease once but let's be real, if you're ordering their pizza, you're at a moment in your week where you crave something bad for you lol
