⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I always enjoy coming to Rio Mambo in Weatherford. The food is fantastic, and the service is always great. A big shoutout to Angélica, the manager—she is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always makes sure everything is perfect. You can tell she really cares about the customers and the staff. Had some food delivered. Got to me fast. Good portions. However the food wasn’t very flavorful, everything was kind of bland. My burrito was stuffed with ingredients and they didn’t skimp on the meat but the cut of fajita beef was mostly tough and fatty. Chips and queso was pretty good. Would like to try it again some time.l but at the moment I’d rather just go to rosas for half the price and get much more flavor and better beef.

Rio Mambo Catering did an exceptional job catering our church event for 1,500 people. Their commitment to quality was evident from the start—they began preparing food at 4:00 AM to ensure everything was fresh and ready to serve by lunch. The food was delicious, and the freshness truly showed. The contact and communication with Doug and the local team was great! He thought though everything! I appreciated the detail and easy of working with him and his team! What impressed us most was how seamlessly their team worked alongside our volunteers to serve a crowd of 1,500 people in less than 45 m
