Is it really THAT hard to put taco sauce and ranch in the bag on mobile orders? I’ve asked for some twice now just for it to not be put it in the bag. Come on…. Also, change your oil. These tacos are not supposed to be dark brown 🤦🏼‍♀️ Two words: health department.

Went with the wife to get some grub, the woman working the window was being fairly rude. We had a coupon for an ultimate cheeseburger meal and she didn't even use the coupon, then quickly handed us the bag of food with no recipt so we wouldn't know. Look, I understand working fast food is not fun, I used to work at Wendy's myself, and I understand that people just sometimes have a bad day. We have had a few instances so far of this woman being rude to us but this particular time I could not just chop it up to someone having a bad day. New Year’s Eve night the employees of this drive thru parked there car just right before you could enter and order turned it off and left it there so long the car windows were iced up. All to not work and still get payed. When I asked an employee if we could order bc they were standing near the door they said mobile orders only I said I was willing to place one but an employee car was in the way and he just shrugged. So jack in the box get better employees better managers or just close next time it’ll save you in labor bc they refused to do any of the labor they were payed for.

I had went to this location there was an older gentleman at the window 05-06 around 12:00. Extremely rude. I ordered 3 meals and 2 sides. Which he forgot one of my sides and I only got 2 fries and 2 drinks. But I got the 2 burgers and nuggets. I let the gentleman know and he argued with me that he put them in the bag. And I said he didn’t . He was extremely rude and finally gave me the tacos after I asked him where because they weren’t in there and I started to pull items out of the bag.
