So I requested fresh chicken strips in the drive through. When I received my order, it had the incorrect number of strips so I went back inside the building notified.I'm assuming the manager of the store then, he proceeds to go to the back and grabs chicken strips from somebody's order that was already ready on the window. And handsome over to me.

Horrible service, I'm on a special diet and i only wanted to complain to corporate for the lack of ability to order one burger patty, the cashier insisted she couldnt ring me up one, so I asked for the manager and she looked to the older gentleman taking orders beside her (whom i assume is the manager) but he was in his own world not in a hurry to assist me, so someone else came to take my order and they were all telling me they couldn't ring me up one patty. That's so ridiculous. At this point im annoyed, so I asked the employees for corporate number, and they all acted clueless. They couldn'

My family and I arrived here from our trip to Gladys Porter Zoo, we picked Dairy Queen for the price and looking for a quick bite and child-friendly atmosphere. The food was served hot and we had friendly service. It was not crowded so we were able to enjoy good conversation and everybody especially the kids enjoyed it!

My husband and I both ordered blizzards, well he got his and I was told mine would be right out. I waited and waited and did not receive my order, so we walked out. But, right before walking out I did let the manager know what happened and he apologized. I should’ve asked for a refund but I just wanted to leave. The at the time that we walked in the manager must’ve stepped out because the employees were very unprofessional, joking around. But, the minute he walked in, I noticed that they all got quiet and were doing their job.
