Front short girl cashier said not one word to us picking up our order. Then I ordered two pies and she brought out our pickup order so I asked if the pies were in the bag and she turned around without one word and a face ,like we didn't do anything for her to be so rude , she brought the bag with the pies again not one word didn't even look at us its like she wanted to not be there and I get it but girl YOU chose to work there im not even asking for a smile or anything I've worked at fast food but im asking for you to simply awnser us, talk , say yes or no when I ask something. I see many bad reviews but my experience was noteworthy. The chicken was very fresh along with my sides. Biscuit was flaky and pillowy inside. Pie was extremely good as well as warm.

Went through drive-thru order two combos sweet tea was watered down manager exchanged it got our food left. I was eating and in the mashed potatoes there was a big piece of plastic in there. I’m glad I saw it and didn’t choke from it! I was pissed off called and the manger didn’t want to reimburse my money he gave me a large mashed potatoes and gravy like I really needed all that! I let him and the staff know I was gonna leave a bad review they need to obviously be clearer and watch where they put there things it could’ve turned out to me worse. Thank God it wasn’t pissed off customer for sure
