They are not training the baristas very well. My iced espresso drinks should never look like milk even with white mocha. What happened to the people who were working there in November and December of last year? That is when my drinks were the best. There is a girl there who makes the espresso drinks really well but when I come whoever is on bar is not trained well I believe this is the morning to early afternoon shift. I think they need to have separate classes for the baristas. During opening hours is not the time to experiment with regular customers drinks….. the picture on the left is how m

I came in to this starbucks this afternoon with my wife and our two kids. Our coffees were great and the food tasted fresh and was hot. The barista Chris was very kind to us and gave great customer service. She was very personable and polite and explained to us the differences between the drinks we chose. Very nice to have friendly faces at our new spot!
