We came here with friends after an event because it said the lobby was open til 10, but at 940 the door was locked so we opted to go thru the drive thru anyways. My stuffed grilled taco was literally just a grilled shell with no filling and the bowl we got had maybe 3 pieces of meat on it. For the $21 spent on 3 items it was an absolute rip off. We don't come to this part of town often, but we would never visit this location again and highly don't recommend. Have never had this poor of service at any other locations. The owner or manager here needs to do a major overhaul if this place wants to

They say Taco John’s has better quality food than Taco Bell but I was not impressed. The churros & the Mexican donuts are by far the best thing they carry. I had never eaten from Taco John’s so we decided to try different things. We didn’t finish the food, it was cold and I live 3 minutes away. My stomach is on fire. I can’t say that I recommend nor would I eat here again. On a better note the employees were nice and the restaurant was clean & well kept. I gave two stars for the food one for the donuts and one for the churros.

Food was okay it could have been better but the service was very poor. There were multiple employees working and they definitely didn't care that I was waiting for 15 minutes to get my food. They were also swearing to eachother while speaking about another costumer which I thought was very unprofessional. I'm actually not quiet sure that I will go back there

The past three drive-thru visits have had missing items. Most often they forget to include the Oles, but I've had missing tacos and sour cream on multiple occasions. Yesterday not only did they forget the side of Oles, but they didn't put any in my meat and potato burrito. I was the only customer there, so it's not an issue of being rushed. I was so excited for Taco John's to come to my town, but this location has been a constant let-down and a stain on the brand. EDIT: I contacted customer service via their contact form and did not hear back for weeks. I commented on one of their corpor
