I hadn’t been here in years and decided to give it another try, but unfortunately it didn’t leave a good impression. The service was quite slow, especially considering I’ve been to many diners where food comes out much quicker. I was also disappointed with the meal itself. I ordered home fries but was served shredded hash browns instead, which is not the same thing. The vegetable options were very limited, corn, broccoli, or stewed zucchini, which felt pretty lacking. The Greek salad was also subpar. It looked sad and seemed to be made with iceberg lettuce rather than the usual ingredients,

If you’re looking for a diner that truly makes you feel at home, Terrace Diner is the place to go. This warm, welcoming, family-owned spot treats every guest like part of their own family, and that kind of hospitality is hard to find. The food is absolutely delicious—my favorites are the French dip and the matzo ball soup, which is невероятно flavorful and comforting every time. The staff is amazing, always friendly and attentive, and the portions are more than generous. Great people, wonderful food, and a genuine hometown atmosphere. Highly recommend!

A Diner is a Diner is a Diner... most of the time. So what separates the good from the best? Is it the greeting upon arrival, the staff, the atmosphere, the seating, the food? All these things have a cumulative effect but ultimately the food is a biggie that's for sure. Terrace Diner pretty much checks all the boxes! Our meals were good, the Greek Salad with chicken was full of goodies ( olives, tomatoes, red onions, feta, cucumber, peppers stuffed grape leafs) and plenty too, even could share (see pic's). Delicious, courteous and fast. Great atmosphere and comfortable seating. Food made to perfection and great coffee. Service was great and it was busy. He man pancakes were the best. Update: I recommend the Vegetable Omelette with square deep fried potatoes and turkey bacon. The rye toast is excellent, as well.
