Went back today, June 19th, at 7:25am, hoping for better results. And still highly unsatisfied of the food and the service of the staff that works there. Bagel still brunt and not to my liking. Will not be back. Deleting the app. The Coffee Bean company do not do nothing to fix issues. They just give an AI version of an apology. I am done. Maybe it was just today, but the midnight mocha I consistently order tasted very acidic. I also came to this coffee bean to take my midterm because the wifi in my house cut out. I timed it so that I would be done 15 min before closing since I didn't want to bother the staff by sticking around too late. Didn't even matter though since they closed 30 minutes early and said that they didn't have a lot of people on staff so they were just going to close early. Which I understand, but when I went outside to finish my exam in my car, multiple staff members stared at me and I heard a few audibly laug

This is the best Coffee Bean location I've been to. The store manager, Raimond, is so kind. There was a mix up with my order due to my mistake but they really went out of their way to help make it right. Making this location my go to location!

I usually come here for coffee, but recently the quality hasn’t been the same. Today I ordered a vanilla latte and found a large clump of something at the bottom of the cup. I’m not sure what it was, but it was very disappointing, especially for my first coffee of the morning
