First couldn't place an online order for reasons unknown. Then they tried 3 times to place same order in store only to charge me for something I told them I didn't want. Then the food...hashbrowns were supposed to be extra crispy and they were literally still raw on the bottom(didnt find out til i got home). Had to wait forever cause they forgot to leave the cheese off the burger(didnt realize it was on my bill and I paid for it) so had to make a new one. Then the gravy on the side was like water with cut up sausage links. Do better. This was embarrassing...edit: they responded on here but nev

We come here quite often and this was the first time we had Ash as our server. We usually enjoy Maria (WE LOVE MARIA), but she's currently on vacation. As a party of 5, our requests had her making several trips to our table. Through all this, Ash was magnificent! Her smile and friendly demeanor never faltered and I absolutely adored her style! I cannot express enough gratitude for her attentiveness and eagerness to satisfy our requests on a timely manner. When we had an issue with our food, she quickly resolved it with a smile. Her level of customer service is beyond impeccable! We need more

We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning, very few tables were filled, and we were told it would be at least a 15 minute wait. 15 minutes, really, there were a bunch of open tables. We left. I had a free breakfast for my birthday so we decided to try it again. Got right in. However, the ceiling in the middle had collapsed and water dripping from all the rain we recently had. No fault of the restaurant but that should be fixed before people can eat there, my opinion. Pretty much thought the restaurant should be closed due to mold presence (waitress told us)and ceiling on the floor expo
