I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered two sandwiches and was very clear that I am allergic to cheese — I specifically said NO CHEESE. The gentleman who took my order assured me there would be no cheese. I waited about 30 minutes for my food (and I had an event to get to), only to open both sandwiches and find cheese on them. With a food allergy, this isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s a serious health concern. I called the store to let them know, trying to be understanding because they were busy. Although sort of fountains are empty The place is not being clean, specially around with the sodas are at is filthy garbage around and I’ve been empty And you have to wait at least 25 minutes for your food And on the app, it doesn’t even let your order before you get there This place definitely needs some extra labor to help him keep up only one person in the kitchen and one person in the counter that’s never there. Not my favorite burger with it was pretty good. I tried the new yes chef burger and added mushrooms and jalapeños. It just wasn't as juicy as I'm used to with smash burgers. I also tried the chili plus cheese fries and they were okay. It seemed a bit light on the chili and cheese. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. It's located in a nice little center with a bunch of shops and other restaurants. Update: I went back and tried the grilled chicken sandwich protein style. It was good but it was pretty small for a $10 sandwich.
