We had an amazing experience with both the food and the service. The sushi was incredibly fresh and well-prepared, and the presentation was absolutely beautiful. The “riceless” roll wrapped in cucumber stood out as a unique and refreshing twist, and the lettuce wrap appetizer was a favorite. Genuinely may be the best meal of my entire life. The chefs are clearly exquisitely talented; every dish has the *exact* right balance of flavors, it’s truly extraordinary. For example, the sweet and sour halibut strikes the perfect balance of sweet without being sickly, tangy without being tart. We had an excellent dinner at Echo Palm Beach from start to finish. Jeff, the bartender, was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me a perfectly crafted margarita. My friend ordered a Malbec that paired really well with our food. The sushi chef, Jonjie, recommended the lobster roll, and it was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
