This might actually just be the Best Pizza in Boston. Traditional New England style with a chewy thin crust and a bright sauce. It is delicious, remarkably consistent, and inexpensive. The wife is ALWAYS excited for Pleasant Pizza. The rest of the food is also great, particularly the weekly specials, but I have a hard time skipping the pizza. 😂

Today i stopped by for a veal parm sandwich noted light on the sauce . When I opened the container i was surprised to see how much sauce there was and could not pick it up at all. See pic. The waitress had me bring the sandwich in to take a look and agreed would ask them to remake , when she took the sandwich into the kitchen I could hear the cook and the manager Joan yelling from the take out window. The waitress then spoke up at the cook and joan telling them "he ordered this with light sauce look at it". Then the Manager Joan came back out out of the kitchen very rude and said "Whats wrong

They have pretty good pizza, in a city where most of the pizza is garbage, it was a nice change. The staff is always friendly and helpful even when it's bonkers in there. If you aren't familiar with the place and looking to dine in on a Thursday through Saturday I'd give a ring or be prepared to possible wait for a few minutes for a table. It will be worth the wait. It has a nice welcoming comfortable feeling and plenty of interesting photos to observe around the place.

Wow, damn good pizza. My kid ate almost four slices. He has no business eating that much pizza. It was good (I think his new favorite definitely). We had three different types of pizza and the thin crust held up. They got all the basics on point; good chew, good sauce, good cheese, good toppings ratio. This is the spot for Rozzy.
