I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with Greg at the drive-thru, and it was easily the worst customer service experience I've had in years. I've worked with customers my entire adult life, and I understand people have bad days. This wasn't that. Greg spoke to me in an incredibly condescending and disrespectful manner, as if I were a child who was inconveniencing him simply by being there.
