While walking the West Warwick secondary trail with a friend, we happened upon this gorgeous little bakery. The owner was in a side area creating more of the lovely decorations that are in the photos below. She was very pleasant, served us promptly and was extremely accommodating! We enjoyed our desserts and coffee sitting in a secluded area and I enjoyed the atmosphere so much that I couldn’t stop taking pictures!! We make it a point to visit as often as possible and I recommend that anyone who wants to relax in a pleasant, welcoming environment to do the same.

Driving into town, we came across a non-chain, fresh bakery. We stopped to get the official drink of Rhode Island, coffee milk. My hubby went in to order. Our drinks were made fresh and hot! Well, we couldn't have the coffee milk without a treat. He bought éclairs as well. The éclairs were delicious with the rich and creamy coffee concoction! Honestly, i had never heard of coffee milk before this trip. It is hot milk made with coffee syrup. It almost tastes like the milk part of a malted milk ball. This little bakery also has savory goodies as well.

Stopped in to grab a loaf of bread because they were closer than my usual bakery. The bread was so good! New favorite bakery for bread and looking forward to trying some of their pastries next time—everything in the case looked fantastic!

Just traveled to RI and was in need of some good Portuguese food, but was not quite sure it would be found in Coventry. Searched local map and found Aroma. Called, placed a big order and it was ready for pick up within 10 min.! The girl was very courteous and had a beautiful personality and the food just as I had hoped it would be!
