Went here at nearly midnight last saturday and was expecting an average, unforgettable taco bell experience. Instead, the woman working was so kind and had the best customer service skills. She was so kind and prepared everything exactly as we ordered it. She even offered us water too!! Very good experience. Someone give this girl a raise.

Horrible experience at the Westborough Taco Bell. I had three drive-thru orders, which I choose drive thru over grab and go for a reason and instead of handling it professionally, the employee refused to give me my food through the drive-thru and made me get out of the car. The situation could have been handled calmly and with common sense, but instead the guy was super rude, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. No effort to help, no explanation, just attitude.Waking sleeping kids and forcing a parent out of the car over multiple orders is ridiculous. This was unnecessary and frustratin

This location has gone severely downhill recently. Missing food from the orders and made horribly. Just don't go here, the price alone isn't worth the crappy food and service.
