I tried this one day because it was so close to me. Everything was stale. It's hard to make fries stale. You have to leave them out for a long time. There was nothing about my experience that would take me back. My girlfriend, one two other occasions also had stale food. Seriously, don't make it until someone orders it. Best way to make it not stale.

No matter what day of the week I come here, I end up waiting WELL over 20 minutes for FAST FOOD. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The soda machine is constantly broken, barely has any flavors, and never has ice. I’ve tried giving this location chance after chance, but after today I will not be returning to this Jack in the Box. I waited 30+ minutes for a simple taco order, only to get a flat, disgusting large Coke with it. Beyond disappointed.

I got here with my son at 7pm. It is now ten to 8 and we still have not gotten our food. First they shorted us on a sandwich now they have us parked out front waiting and it’s been almost an hour. When I asked to speak to a manager the window girl Emily refused . She states she remembers putting the food in the bag which I don’t doubt it just wasn’t our bag. Then she didn’t want to give us her name.the guy that came out eventually with our food was polite and did apologize.
