We go to Cooper’s often and always ask for Gina as our server. Food is always good and we like the place a lot. We were told Gina is off for a while so got someone else last time. Boy, we sure missed her bright personality and attentiveness. Having the right server really makes the experience more enjoyable. All in all this is a reasonable, friendly and clean restaurant.

I ordered the beer battered fish tacos with a side of seasoned fries for carry out. Overall, the meal was really good, there were generous sized pieces of fish in the tacos, the sauce was flavorful. The fries were good, will try the steak fries next time. My only minor complaint is that the menus says the fish tacos come with cabbage, mine very clearly had iceberg lettuce and shaved carrots, looked like a bagged salad mix tossed on (it looked recently opened bagged salad, so that’s a plus) For as good as the fish was, the lack of fresh crisp cabbage let them down. Had a funeral luncheon. To me service was slow, servers seemed rushed. Bread stale, choices was pot roast, salmon and chicken. I order Chicken vesuvio, tasted awful and to me that was not chicken. Could not eat it. I did not say anything to staff which I should have that's on me.
