The food is usually fine, barely any complaints even. But holy hell the wait on the drive thru when ordering through the app/website is insane. Why are we asked to wait at the speaker when we can wait at the window? Why does confirming an order always take more than five minutes? Some of the people at the window even give attitude when we end up pulling up at the window too early because they keep telling us to wait over and over and over again. (For up to ten minutes sometimes. Which is not good.) It never improves no matter who is manning the window. The speaker seems old because they need t

The Mexican employee in this photo, who introduced himself as the manager, was extremely rude and disgusting to us. Who will be held accountable for this rudeness? This is Burger King, a world-renowned establishment. I have never experienced such rude and disgusting service in my life. Despite me telling my girlfriend and I three times that I am Muslim and don't want to eat pork, he made me and my girlfriend two burgers filled with pork and ground meat and treated us with utter disrespect. Got the new sponge bob meal. Got home no toys. I also ordered chicken fries and got no barbecue sauce. My sandwich had the whole core of the lettuce 🤦🏻‍♀️Not the first time I order from here and they mess it up. I prefer Burger King over McDonald’s but this location is terrible. Do better Burger King!!

Gotta give credit when credit is due. I placed order 4:58am. Had taste for Bacon King fresh off the broiler. This thing was big, meaty, juicy. Lot of bacon and cheese. Pickles, tomato, mayo were good. Onion rings were seasoned. No breading falling off. Perfect pairing with zesty sauce. Also got a large Mello Yello. It was fresh & hot when I got there early in the morning. Go when it’s not busy.
