Nice service! Came in had my order taken by Malcom and got extra taco and drink for free. As the sandwich place cross the street was taking 45 mins to make my order. Great little stop as it held me over until my order over there is ready.

My experience at the Taco John’s in White Bear Lake, MN was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The management was very unprofessional. During my visit, a female manager was yelling at employees in front of customers, which was very disturbing and uncomfortable to witness. The young man taking orders also did not seem to be listening to what customers were asking for. Instead of paying attention and making sure orders were correct, the service came across as dismissive and careless. The “Manager” working 5/23/26 at 7:50pm. We ordered a number 2 in drive thru. Went to the window to pay, but wanted to order more food (mind you, there was NO ONE in the store or behind us). The manager says “you can’t just change your order at the window bro.” So we said ok, and left. Called to complain, and she said she’s the only manager and we couldn’t complain about her, then proceeded to hang up on me. So, here I am to make it public. This Taco John’s is barely hanging on. Maranda D is an amazing worker who works very hard, and very nice. She deserves a raise big time. She has had to work with new people and train them while still giving out great customer service. The GM has not been there to help out and has not been on the employees side at all.
