Shocked at the worker and manager’s behavior… BE CAREFUL WHEN THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER!!!! according to other reviews on here, looks like I am not alone with my experience. I ordered exactly what I wanted, right off the menu. The worker assumed I wanted milk, even though I read the name of the drink straight off the menu that had no milk in it. Upon handing me the drink, I immediately clarified it was not the right drink. The worker insisted it was MY responsibility to have read the screen as they were putting in my order. I didn’t want to be annoying so I said I would give this drink a shot… trie

Huge selection of bubble tea. Good if you are looking for sweet fruity drinks. Been to this location a few times and would only visit again if there isn’t other bubble tea option in the area. Lychee yogurt and tiramisu milk tea are alright, bubble are pretty typical. The strawberry au pair was disappointing, the crushed ice are coarse and not the smooth icey drink I was expecting like other bubble tea place. HK milk tea is lacking the strong tea flavor.

Love this Chatime location! The boba is always perfectly chewy, the teas taste fresh, and they have great customization options for sweetness and ice. Staff members are polite and the drinks come out fast, even during busy hours. Definitely a go-to place for bubble tea lovers!
