Alleged to be the best coffee in Brooklyn! Their claim to fame is quick supply chain - from harvest to roasting in 7 days, then they serve it 3 days later. No storage, very fresh. And it’s quite good, but not as good as Manhattan’s best. Nicer to hang out, though. What a beautiful space! Long line but moves quickly enough that it’s ok. The coffee is medium roast, smooth taste. The milk is foamed 4/5, not the perfect “wet paint” texture, bubbles a bit too big. I’m nitpicking, I admit. Guava croissant is excellent and all the staff are nice. Locals love it, give it a try!

A great coffee shop with very high quality coffee. We came here on a Sunday afternoon, just to grab a quick espresso on our way back from Brooklyn to Manhattan. During our time in New York, we learned that our coffee order (double espresso lungo) isn't as common, and that a lot of baristas don't know what it means, but not here! The barista immediately understood, and provided one of the best coffee cups we've had in New York. The place itself is designed very nicely, with lots of natural wooden elements and some greenery, which creates the most calming effect and vibe.

Loved the plants and sunroof! This place was super busy and every single seating/table option was taken, mostly by people with laptops, which was kind of annoying as I just wanted to sit down and enjoy my cortado then leave, but opted for to-go and had to just stand in the corner awkwardly. (In my pic the open seating quickly got taken by more laptop people while I was waiting on my drink). Aside from laptop people taking up all the seating, the espresso was great and the baristas looked cool. You can watch the pour over/cupping lab from the street windows, too.
