Had a great birthday dinner here. A little noisy for an intimate conversation (not complaining, just an fyi if that’s what you’re looking for) but overall service was good and the space is cozy. Enjoyed both the butcher steak and NY Strip, and they are well priced compared to other spots. The sides are strong here and the mashed potatoes and spinach are both musts. The sticky toffee pudding à la mode is a can’t miss!

Came here for dinner on a Saturday night. I had called earlier that day to see if they had any reservations available, but unfortunately they didn't. I decided to take my chance and go to the restaurant later that night. No tables available, but they did have a seat at the bar available. Wait time was 1.5 hours. The cool thing about sitting at the bar here is that you get a front-row seat to the kitchen preparing the steak. The Ax Handle Rib Eye is massive and looked incredible as they cooked it, but I decided to order the Butcher's Steak. The steak was delicious and cooked just right. We als

This place deserves all the praise. I love a good grill spot and everything off the grill here is pure bliss. Loved the clams and prawn, and the ax handle steak is in a category of its own. Chicken is phenomenal and reminds me that you should never rule it out. Desserts are decent but more to round off the meal. Great wine list to pair with everything too.

1st time. Butchers steak tender and affordable. Mash potatoes good. Ceasar salad was good but some greens were bitter and noticeable stems. Can we stick to regular lettuce please. Excellent service. Rustic atmosphere. Not a swanky steakhouse. I sat at the bar infront of them calling out orders. It was chaotic. I rather sit elsewhere. Not the best seat if you want to eat in peace. I don't want to feel like Hells Kitchen. I recommend trying.
