I went with my daughter after school to get a snack. I ordered a taco and my daughter got 3 cheese roll ups. I tried to talk to them at the speaker but I couldn't hear anyone. I pulled to the window and they were mad because I ordered at the window. I just couldn't hear anyone at the speaker. So when I got my food this is how it looked and it looked horrible they said the tacos break when you smash them. I always get this taco and it is never like this. I had to take it back they remade it. It still looked bad. Couldn't even eat it. I work in the restaurant industry iv been in it for 13

Completely incompetent staff their self awareness is in the negatives. I sat there and watched ten people in drive thru get served before they would bother letting me pay for my meal so that would even get started.Seeing the guy in front of me get tired of waiting and leaving should have been a sign. I walked out shortly after him. I would never return to this poorly managed Taco Bell.

Can y’all spare the ingredients? This location typically gets my orders wrong but I figured I would give them another shot after the remodel. Well…the order was “right” however it looked like someone made the order then dumped the ingredients out of the tacos and then put them in the bag. One of the street chalupas had 5 black beans. Five. And the other had maybe 4 pieces of onion. I know the service industry isn’t an easy one, been in it for 20 years myself, but how hard is this job? This is just pathetic.

It’s not bad. My whole order was perfect Exactly what I expected and it was good. Edit: Update store hours. Employees don’t want to serve After 11pm. It says open till 2am.
