This place is under new ownership. The new outside paint job, wow, it's pretty bold! It reminds me of a Chinese restaurant with the bright red and yellow colors. The building certainly needed a paint job. Four of us had reservations and our table was ready when we arrived. We've eaten here several times in the past and were looking forward to a good dinner. The place was pretty full. We ordered drinks to start. Mine was missing for 7-8 minutes after the rest got theirs. Our waitress was apologetic. We love the Harp. My wife had the curry fries and I had the bangers and mash. Both were outstanding. Arsenal futboll team was playing and all the fans were there at the bar having a great time. Usually on Saturday afternoons there's a group that comes in and plays Irish music which we love. We left before they arrived today. It's like a real Irish pub in Wilmington.

Been coming to the harp for well over 10yr now. I really hate leaving bad reviews but although the inside and outside both look incredible these days the food w a nt as good as it used to be. I will go back at some point. Maybe theyre having an off day or someone forgot to order fryer oil. But for about 20.00 a person for the most basic Irish food menu items. It should have tasted better. Presentation was good though. The server seemed very new. A little more experience and a can do attitude and she'll probably be good one day. Sorry again. Hope to see positive changes.
