We are local, we used this location often. The utter disrespect and lack for customer service is wild. I don’t do reviews but this is nuts. We ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, all we had were just beef pattys. We also ordered a double cheeseburger and all we got were bread and cheese. No help when calling.

They have a playground for the kids to run around in. That is a big bonus, especially from out of state. The downside is they don’t have the drink machine accessible to patrons. Or condiments like ketchup that are in the general area. Most employees are in the back takes a minute for them to notice you’re at the counter.

I love the workers here but they are always messing up my order. Usually it’s no sauce on my bagel but today I ordered a large quarter pounder meal with dehydrated onions instead of slivered. I got a double quarter slivered onions, large meal received large drink but medium fries.
