First time going to this Culver's location and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious; We had ordered Butter Burger and Atlantic Cod sandwiches with the basket combo (fries+soda). Everything was well cooked, very delicious. We also got a concrete mixer and a pint of ice cream to go as well. You can never can go wrong with their custard here! 🍦 Service wise, all employees were nice. Did take a while to get our food at one point, but we pictured it was busy in the drive-thru. Just paid $6.50 for a stone cold single cheeseburger. Unfortunately I don’t have another 20 minutes to turn around, drive back and get in line for a new one. Incredibly disappointing. They couldn’t even put the ketchup on the burger but threw a packet in the bag.

I always pick and choose Culver’s if I’m not able to find the exact cuisine or restaurant I wanted, I love to pick Culver’s as well. It is the always to go food for me the vegetarian burger, the fries and the Coke does it for me. Sometimes depend on the location. The table could be not cleaned, but at all depends on the staff that’s fine.

I came in here to get a chicken sandwich and it is obviously an example in bad service. I came at the wrong night. There was no ice in the ice machines, the ketchup stations and this was severely that I asked for they made my chicken messed up with my order. It looks like service is really going down the hill at this restaurant. I’m not sure who or who is managing this establishment, you have to do better. This is not worth $12.00
