Imagine waiting ALL DAY since breakfast to eat because your job had you so busy , only to be beyond disappointed by the meal you finally eat. To my demise , I decided to stop by Checkers on my way home from New Jersey after a long stressful day , I strangely had an urge for some Checkers food and one of their “Iconic” milkshakes… I haven’t been to checkers in over a year due to how BAD the overall experience became going to ANY Checkers/Rally’s store. Had such a great drive-thru experience thanks to Daysha! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure me and my bestfriend got fresh food and everything was correct before we pulled off. Even though we had to wait a little bit for fresh food you can really tell she cares about customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond to make sure people leave happy. It’s rare to get service that good at a drive-thru nowadays, so I definitely had to leave a review. Thank you again Daysha! 💕 Give that girl a raise !!!

I want to give credit to where credit is due. I came here on a Monday night very late and there was a black woman working the store taking orders and handing out the food. She was absolutely awesome!! She took my milkshake order correctly and gave me service with a smile. I will be coming here now to Checkers at 2881 Mt Ephraim Ave whenever I'm in the area and need to eat. Thank you.

Got the pretzel burger was not good to me because the bread was breaking/falling apart didn’t look like the display so I’m not sure if I actually got the pretzel bread, the burger was good was not a fan of the onion rings on it
