Alexis★Ordered 2 kids pizzas Togo a week ago and when I kept telling the register girl it was wrong she legit ran to the back and didn’t return and I asked why no one was going to acknowledge an employee rudely walking off mid convo on customers THEN I had to ask for a manager but Evelyn said she was morning manager then handled the situation TERRIBLY and accused us of not having kids bc they weren’t present . Em Y★It happened, the last straw. We come here frequently and despite our wishes, have the rudest, most awful service and consistently get bad pizzas. They short us on ingredients, they burn or undercook the pizzas. This gives me heartburn and indigestion. They have kids running the store who literally just don’t care about anything and will give you attitude if you ask for ANYTHING. I ask for my pizzas to be well done- each time it is met with an eye roll and then they proceed to burn the pizzas. Well done does not equal black on top and the bottom floppy and undercooked.
