Dear Wendy's Management Team, I am writing to share that we have been patrons of Wendy’s for years, and I have to tell you that today at the North Smithfield location was the best experience we have ever had. I understand shrinkflation, but this is ridiculous. This is all the fries I got after going through the drive thru, by the time I noticed, I was home. This isn't there first time they've messed my order up, butty it will be the last.

Everytime I come here they mess up my order and it takes them for ever to make my food. One of the last times I went I said I wanted a Dave's double just cheese and they messed it up. When I let the cashier know and she told the cook to make it plan the cook said, "So they want just buns and cheese?" No I want a plain double cheeseburger meaning meat, cheese, and buns only. I don't want to be a Karen or anything but if I asked for food a specific way and don't get it they way I specified then I don't want it

Update Summer 2025- the breakfast sandwich lineup is delicious! Lots of choices. We stayed and dined in. Nice quiet relaxing environment. The staff is still great. Wonderful, cheerful front counter staff person. Food was hot and delicious as always. The dining room was clean! Try thier "biggie" bag. The prices at this location are very reasonable. The outside of their building has beautiful Hosta flowers in bloom and the grounds are kept clean.
