We ordered food and a frappe. Parked us for a frappe and then didn't even fill the cup up. It was only half a cup but charged full price.

Arrived to your store at 9:50 pm. The door was locked even though hours posted said you close at 10:00 pm. A customer was leaving and let me in. One employee inside was extremely rude, telling me I could not order food to go. Some of the other staff apologized for her rude behavior. If you’re closing hours are posted all employees need to honor those times.

My friend and I got there at 9:50pm. The door to the lobby was locked. It said the inside didn’t close until 10. Some guy was leaving and let me and my friend in. I placed carry out order at the counter then a lady who works there came out from behind the counter screaming at us to leave. The other employees said they were sorry for how mean she was being. My friend asked if he could place his order sense I had just placed mine and she yelled at him that he could not. I did get my food but he had to leave hungry and we were back in the car by 9:57. Just waited in the drive through for 10 minutes. No cars in front of us and 5+cars behind us. Rolled up to the first window nothing, second window had 3 people talking and she was rude stating there going through a shift change and said it would be a moment on the drive through. We didn’t get spoken to over the speaker. Not the first time I’ve had an experience here since moving into this city.
