⭐ 1 Star I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Jack in the Box. First off, the wait time was ridiculous. I understand fast food can get busy, but there were barely any customers and it still took forever just to get a simple order. No one seemed to care that people were waiting. While I was waiting, I saw several employees outside the building with someone who looked like the general manager. They were smoking something that definitely didn’t look like a normal cigarette. Watching staff—including what looked like management—doing that while customers are waiting is beyond

Avoid the Jack in the Box on N 1st St in Yakima. I waited forever for my food even though there were barely any customers there. For a place that calls itself fast food, the service was unbelievably slow. While I was waiting, several employees and what appeared to be the general manager were outside smoking something that definitely didn’t look like a cigarette. Meanwhile customers inside were still waiting on orders. Seeing management outside smoking with staff while customers are waiting is honestly unbelievable. It made the entire place look poorly managed and extremely unprofessional.

Did a mobile order for pickup tonight for 2 meals, one for myself and one for my wife and realized they completely made our burgers wrong. Came back thru the drive thru and told them at the speaker our order was wrong and what was wrong about it, the girl then proceeded to ask me if it was the order with the milkshakes which I did not mention at all and I said no, repeated that I had a mobile order in which they messed up on and she argued with me the ingredients of the sandwich, to which I then said even if they added new ingredients to the burgers that we specifically requested they not be a
