Sloppy food prep. Food all over the outside of the pintos and cheese and water inside the crunchy taco. Lettuce was all wet and taco shell was soggy. Not the first time food has been given like this. Was already home when I noticed this

Me and my girlfriend were here yesterday to grab a little snack before Super Bowl. My girlfriend got half way through her first taco and found a whole feather in it! We were disgusted and couldn’t even finish the rest of the food we purchased. Will not be going back

I recently ordered the $7 box meal and during my time eating the food, when I got halfway bitten I to my burrito I had a sharp piercing pain in the roof of my mouth, followed by blood coming out, to find there was a sliver of glass in my burrito that had punctured the roof of my mouth, leading to severe pain and lots of bleeding. I have reached out to their customer service to still be waiting for a response nearly a week later. I think the fact I nearly swallowed glass which could have killed me, they would be urgent to respond. This issue I encountered will reassure me to never return to thi

I have finally had my very first Chalupa 🌮, crispy & warm, savory & soft. I LOVED IT!!! HOWEVER my friend was left hungry because it was HIS chalupa I ate , his order was incorrect ,he requested no tomatos 🍅's and there were indeed tomatoes in his(my) chalupa. For my review I'm giving a thumbs up 👍 for taste. HOWEVER I WILL HAVE TO RATE THE SERVICE A THUMBS DOWN👎 *NEGLECTING TO ENSURE MY FRIENDS CUSTOMIZED ORDER WAS FULFILLED TO SATISFACTION.
